Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
International shipping
We ship to the countries shown at checkout, including France and other eligible international destinations.

Free insured DDP shipping
For eligible international destinations, we offer Free Insured Shipping with DDP service. The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after order processing.

DDP means that applicable customs clearance, duties, and import taxes are handled through the delivery service where applicable. Customers will not be charged an additional delivery fee for the Free Insured Shipping option. If a destination has special restrictions or additional charges, we will contact the customer before fulfillment.

Other shipping options
DHL Express and UPS or FEDEX options may be available at checkout. Their shipping price and estimated delivery time are calculated based on the destination and order details.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, remote-area delivery, public holidays, or carrier delays. We will provide tracking information when available.
